Which areas of the UAE do you cover?

Is the site survey really free?
Yes. A technician visits your property, assesses the layout, and scopes the right camera or system setup at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
How much does CCTV installation cost?
It depends on the number of cameras, the type of system (analog vs. IP), cabling requirements, and the size of the property. We don't quote a flat price upfront — the free site survey lets us give you an accurate quotation based on what your property actually needs.
Are you a licensed and approved security company?
Yes — we hold SIRA approval in Dubai and are a government-approved provider in Ras Al Khaimah. We're happy to provide proof of approval when we quote your job.
What's the difference between a one-off repair and an AMC?
An AMC (annual maintenance contract) covers a set number of scheduled visits and priority callout response for a fixed yearly fee. A one-off repair is a single callout to fix a specific fault, with no ongoing contract.
Can you service or repair a system you didn't originally install?
Yes. We maintain and repair existing CCTV systems regardless of who installed them, as long as the hardware is repairable or reasonably upgradable.
Do you handle emergency repairs?
Yes — we offer 24/7 support for urgent faults, and AMC customers get priority callout response.
Can I view my cameras remotely from my phone?
In most cases, yes. IP camera systems and most modern NVR/DVR setups support secure remote viewing through a phone app or web portal, which we configure as part of the installation.
Do you offer a warranty on installation work?
Yes — installation work and hardware are covered by warranty. Exact terms are confirmed as part of your quotation.
Are there rules about what a CCTV camera is allowed to cover in the UAE?
UAE regulations govern camera placement, particularly around shared spaces, neighboring properties, and public areas. We're not a legal advisory service, but our team factors this into camera placement during your free site survey, and any site-specific approvals are handled as part of the installation process where they apply.
