1. Acceptance of Terms
By using https://atscctv.ae or engaging ATS CCTV ("we", "us", "our") for CCTV installation, maintenance, repair, or related security services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide CCTV installation, maintenance and repair (AMC), IP camera systems, access control, alarm & intrusion detection, and remote monitoring services across the UAE. The exact scope of work for your property is confirmed after a free site survey.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are prepared after a free, no-obligation site survey and reflect the specific scope discussed at that time. Prices shown or discussed before a site survey are indicative only. A quotation is not a binding agreement until you confirm it and we accept the job.
4. Scheduling & Site Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for the site survey, installation, or maintenance work at the agreed time. Delays caused by restricted access, incomplete site preparation, or circumstances outside our control may affect the schedule.
5. Payment
Payment terms are agreed with you at the time of quotation. Any deposit, milestone, or final payment terms specific to your job will be set out in your quotation or invoice.
6. Warranty
Installation work and hardware we supply are covered by warranty as stated in your quotation or invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or events outside our control.
7. Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate information about your property and requirements, ensuring any permits or approvals your building or community requires are in place, and maintaining a safe site for our technicians to work on.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take care in our installation and maintenance work, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from system downtime, except where caused by our negligence or breach of our obligations to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
9. Website Content
The content on this website — including text, images, and design — belongs to ATS CCTV unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
